Rachel K. Irwin

Rachel Irwin is a real estate attorney whose practice is dedicated to residential and community association matters throughout the Chicagoland area. In 2017, she began her legal career representing condominium and homeowners associations, serving as both general counsel and litigation counsel and advising boards on governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.

In 2019, Rachel expanded her practice to include residential real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, investors, and lenders across the Chicagoland market. Since 2021, her practice has focused on real estate transactions, where she guides clients through each stage of the process with a practical, solution-oriented approach. Outside of her practice, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new cultures through travel.
